- 1Calculate the per-quote PPH service fee from buyer lifetime or the custom override.
- 2Apply VAT to that PPH fee when enabled.
- 3Allocate monthly platform add-ons and fixed withdrawals across expected projects, then add promotion and delivery cost.
- 4Subtract fee, VAT, percentage withdrawal, fixed withdrawal allocation, and project overhead from the test quote.
- 5Solve for a quote that reaches the target net and separately solve for a quote whose net divided by quote reaches the target margin.
- 6Flag a margin target when modeled variable deductions leave no mathematical solution.

- Withdrawal percentage is treated as a percentage of the quote. Fixed withdrawal charges are allocated by monthly projects and withdrawals.
